Overview

Elise is a registered Dietitian with over 7 years’ experience, working in a range of sectors including: healthcare, disability, private practice, industry and Te Whatu Ora. She has a special interest in supervision, disordered eating, eating disorders, body image and therapeutic interventions utilising the health at every size – non diet approach.

Skills and Experience

Elise has a Masters degree in Nutrition and Dietetics and additional training in Supervision, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance Commitment Therapy (ACT), Somatic Therapies, Motivational Interviewing (MI), Intuitive Eating, Mindfulness, trauma informed care, body image, Health at every size and eating disorders.
