WellTalk for organisations
Supporting organisations to maintain and enhance wellbeing at work.
Business leaders have recognised the value of investing in healthy workplaces and are now seeking support to create the cultural change necessary to enhance employee wellbeing. We want to support employers to connect what they say to what they do.
The COVID-19 pandemic and associated lockdown measures have worsened our mental wellbeing creating a prolonged period of chronic stress for New Zealanders.
Offering wellbeing support through the workplace helps people manage stress and anxiety, improves staff engagement and motivation, and reduces significant employer costs, including absenteeism, presenteeism and turnover.
People who enjoy their job are far more productive and engaged than those who don’t.
WellTalk is designed for teams and businesses who are looking to implement practical workplace wellbeing solutions and enhance workplace culture. Contact us to discuss what your needs are and how we can help.
