Supporting people to maintain and enhance wellbeing at work
1:1 confidential support to help people better understand and manage issues impacting their work performance and overall wellbeing.
Our team of psychologists provide support to help people manage any wellbeing issue including, stress, depression, anxiety, bullying and trauma. We can also support debriefing after a critical incident.
We work with professionals across all work sectors including health, education and business.
Support can be delivered in person or remotely using video conferencing technology or phone. Sessions are private and confidential.
A holistic approach to wellbeing
At 3 Big Things we believe the time is right for a paradigm shift away from reactive approaches that address “mental illness”, to prevention approaches that prioritise lifelong health and mental wellbeing.
As well as 1:1 support for people managing wellbeing issues, we provide organisational consultation, proactive coaching and supervision and team-based wellbeing training. These proactive approaches to wellbeing support people to stay resilient, feel confident, develop new skills and feel more engaged at work.
