Kristy is a senior psychologist with experience working across education, disability, and healthcare settings. She has developed expertise in both clinical and leadership roles throughout her career. Kristy's practice philosophy centers on utilizing her skills and expertise to help clients and colleagues identify their own solutions to the issues they face, employing strength-based intervention techniques that empower those she works with.

Kristy is a NZ registered psychologist with an educational scope of practice. Her areas of therapeutic specialization include navigating life changes/transitions (including relationships, career, grief/loss), mindfulness and acceptance techniques for increasing emotion regulation, behavioral/emotional concerns (including anxiety & depression), trauma-focused therapies including EMDR, and support for autism, ADHD, and other neurotypes. Her practice is informed by trauma-informed and neuro-affirming principles of care, incorporating acceptance & commitment therapy (ACT), cognitive-behavioural (CBT), mindful self-compassion, and narrative approaches in her work with clients.
