Wendy holds a Bachelor's Degree in Social Work with first class honours and a postgraduate diploma in education. Her professional development includes specialised training in supervision and various therapeutic approaches including strengths-based practice, Solution Focused Brief Therapy, Acceptance Commitment Therapy, Trauma Informed Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Narrative Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, Conflict Resolution, and Debriefing. She maintains a current annual practicing certificate and is a member of the Aotearoa/NZ Association of Social Workers.
