She has a wealth of experience in leadership and governance roles, currently a board member of Brain Tumour Support Trust and has served on the executive of the New Zealand Psychological Society for 6 years, most recently as President.

As a registered clinical psychologist for over 25 years, Tania has extensive experience in the field and has a particular interest in professional and clinical supervision. She is cofounder of Supervision Collective Aotearoa. Tania is an accredited practitioner and trainer in several evidence based parenting programmes. She holds a current annual practicing certificate and is committed to ongoing professional development, having trained in a range of therapeutic models.
